Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels (phone, email, chat, in-person) to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by actively listening to their needs and concerns. - Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs and feedback are communicated to relevant departments within the company.
- Act as a liaison between customers and various teams members, helping to resolve issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. - Identify and pursue sales opportunities by upselling and cross-selling products/services to existing customers.
- Follow up on leads, cold calls, and referrals to acquire new customers and achieve sales targets. - Develop in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
  • Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn and navigate CRM software
  • ability to obtain Insurance Licenses
